This website and its services are compatible for Users of BlackBerry® Smartphone but are not endorsed, sponsored, affiliated or associated with the RIM® Company - owner and manufacture of BlackBerry® Smartphone.

1.Introduction
1.1.	These terms and conditions govern the use of this website and its services.

1.2.	By using the website and/or its services, you accept these terms and conditions in full. If you disagree with any part of these terms and conditions, you are not allowed to use the website or its services.

1.3.	By using or accessing the website, You agree that you accept and are authorized to accept these terms and conditions on behalf of yourself and/or on behalf of the acting user (hereinafter collectively and separately: "You").

1.4.	You agree to accept notices sent from Search4BBM electronically, including but not limited to, email messages sent to your registered email address of Your account and/or notices posted on the Website.

1.5.	Any serving to Search4BBM will be upon registered mail only, to the address mention in the above.

1.6.	By using the website you hereby give your consent to Search4BBM and its agents to send you emails and messages of all kinds, including commercial adds. If you wish us to stop, please click on the bottom of the email or message on the link: "remove me from your emailing list".


2.No SPAM
2.1.	It is forbidden for users to use the website as a SPAM tool. Any User that uses or assist other to use the website to send SPAM will compensate Search4BBM for each message at a sum not less than 1,000$ or at the actual proven damage, if higher. "Spam" – including unsolicited email or mail messages, including the sending of "junk mail" or other advertising material to individuals who did not specifically request such material.


3.Governing Law
3.1.	This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Israel only. Any dispute arising of this agreement will be exclusively heard in front of Courts in Israel, the center district or the Tel-Aviv district.


4.General Terms
4.1.	You agree to Use the website for lawful purposes only and in compliance with any policies posted on the Website or conveyed by electronic notice,  and Not to use the website in a way that Harms or prevents another user from enjoying it to its full potential.

4.2.	The use of the website by robots or unmanned scripts is forbidden.

4.3.	You acknowledge that by using the website you will not interfere with, or attempt to interfere with, compromise the website integrity or security, and will not take any action that imposes an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on the website infrastructure.

4.5.	You are not allowed to infringe any intellectual rights of Search4BBM, RIM®, users of the website or any other third party. Intellectual rights, including: trademarks, copyrights, names, logos, trade dress, designs, pictures, branding and etc.

4.6.	Except for trademarks that are owned by the RIM® company (see the list here: RIM trademarks list, RIM Logos list), all Intellectual rights and property in the website are owned by Search4BBM . To avoid any doubt, you are hereby irrevocably assigning all rights to Search4BBM, royalty-free. "rights" – including intellectual rights, copyrights, names and etc.

4.7.	By using the website you allow the content posted by you to be collected, aggregated, anonymously integrated or un-anonymously into the Services of the website or its associates.

4.8.	Search4BBM holds the right to remove any profile or account without notice, at any time, and to delete without prior notice any content from its website or servers.

4.9.	Search4BBM shall have no liability for unauthorized access to, or alternation, theft or destruction or publication of your content, data, private or confidential information.

4.10.	Do not post or publish any information, data, content, pictures, images or any other intellectual property, unless you are the owner or are permitted to use it as mention in this agreement.

5.Commercial use of the information by Search4BBM
5.1.	Know that Search4BBM reserves it right to study, collect, use or sell the information posted, registered, collected or studied from the users of the website, for commercial purposes.

5.2.	You hereby agree and irrevocably assign all rights in your information and content posted or collected in the website. You are also waving your right for privacy on the content published, posted, collected or registered by the website and/or by Search4BBM or its agents.

5.3.	Do not post or expose private or confidential information that you do not agree that will be used as mentioned above.

5.4.	Do not post or expose information of others unless you have the legal authority to do so, and the legal authority to accept the terms of this agreement.

6.Privacy Setting
6.1.	For your convenience there are 3 privacy setting on your account that you can chose.

6.2.	All setting Display minimum information from your profile such as: name, picture, state, city and job category. But for the rest of the information you from your profile there are 3 settings:

6.3.	Green – everyone can see your entire profile.

6.4.	Blue – only your friends from facebook can see can see your entire profile.

6.5.	Gold – only by your and approval to a request can other see your entire profile.

6.6.	Nothing in this paragraph detract from Search4BBM rights as mention on paragraph 5 in the above.


7.Amendment
7.1.	Search4BBM is entitled to amend this agreement at all times, and any amendment will be obligating upon posting on the website.


8.Indemnification
8.1.	 you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Search4BBM, its directors, officers, employees and agents, and defend any action brought against them with respect to any claim, demand, cause of action, debt or liability, including reasonable attorneys' fees, at trial and on appeal, to the extent that such action is based upon a claim that arise of your conduct.
